What information should I check before buying?

Review the specific sauce or pack description, included items, available choices and supplied warnings. Heat categories help navigation but do not make every recipe or product interchangeable.

How are shipping costs and dates determined?

Checkout shows services and costs for the destination entered. Normal handling takes about 1–2 business days following successful payment authorization; transit after shipping is estimated at 4–6 business days. Neither period counts weekends or applicable holidays. Refer to Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery concerns.

Can I send something back?

Report damaged, faulty, wrong, incomplete or materially misdescribed goods within 30 calendar days of delivery. Approval and return instructions come before shipping goods back. Our voluntary terms do not cover personal preferences, a change of mind or an incorrectly selected option, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

When will a refund be processed?

An approved refund is processed and initiated within 10 calendar days after approval. An issuer may need longer to post it. The Refund Policy sets out the required steps.
